CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL
For over 25 years, the Christmas Tree Festival has been delighting us with displays of trees beautifully decorated by local community groups and schools. This year’s theme is ‘A favourite storybook’.
Loxton CWA Hall, Kokoda Tce. Open daily 11am – 4pm from Saturday 26th November to Sunday 18th December. Just a gold coin entry.

FESTIVAL FERRIS WHEEL
To celebrate the first week of the Christmas Lights Festival you can ride the Ferris Wheel in East Terrace. Take in the unique and spectacular views of the Murray River and surrounds by day, or enjoy the magic of Loxton’s Christmas Lights by night. Weather permitting.

SILENT DISCO TOURS
For the most fun you’ll have this festive season, join a Silent Disco Tour where you can dance, sing and laugh your way through the town’s magical Christmas Lights. Everyone wears a headset (supplied) and listens to a playlist of uplifting Christmas music while you follow a tour guide with fun commentary along the way. Bring the whole family!!

COMMUNITY CAROLS
Get the family together for Loxton’s very own Carols by Candlelight! The combined churches of Loxton invite you to gather and sing along to your favourite carols at the Loxton Oval, Bookpurnong Terrace. BYO chairs and rugs.
Sunday 11th December
Prelude music from 7pm. Carols begin at 7.30pm.

BIKE THE NIGHT
A great way to see the lights is by cycling the sights.
Get the whole family together – including the grandparents on their gophers! FREE glow sticks and lights will be handed out at Hilbig Street Playground to decorate your bikes, scooters, wheelchairs or gophers. Head off on your own to explore the streets in and around Santa’s Walk, whilst observing all relevant road safety rules. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Little Miss Daisy Pop Up Caravan will be at Hilbig Street Playground from 8pm – 9.30pm selling refreshments including smoothies, milkshakes, ice-cream, coffee and cakes.
